Omega delivers quality, savings, value AND innovation! Travel Technology Manager The Travel Technology Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the travel technology department, aligning with the organization's business objectives. The Travel Technology Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, and design travel technology-related activities of the organization. The Travel Technology Manager will work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective travel technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The Travel Technology Manager position is a hands-on role that involves managing the travel technology staff and collaborating with internal and external partners of the organization. Job Duties including but not limited to: Implementation of new tools. Researching new travel technology tools that can assist with agency operations. Once these tools become part of the infrastructure, ensure the staff has the skills to learn, adapt, and manage this new technology. Managing new business implementations and technology changes to the existing business. Works with account management and the operations staff to ensure all client needs are met. Investigate automation opportunities that the travel technology services can implement. Help agency operations eliminate the need to perform time-consuming tasks. Responsibilities
