Job Summary

This position as Learning Administrator, provides learning administration, learning delivery, logistics support and learner support for a client in Brazil.

Working Scheme: Hybrid (3 times per week at client office - Sao Paulo)

Activities:



  • Conduct and coordinate quarterly training programs with Learning Campus.
  • Manage training confirmations, cancellations, and logistics for participants.
  • Handle financial tasks like processing expenses, supplier contracts, and reports.
  • Oversee corporate communication and promotion of training initiatives.
  • Provide audit-related information and compliance reports for client divisions.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for trainers and attendees.
  • Archive training records and issue certificates in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Organize onsite event logistics, including materials, catering, and billing.
  • Administer surveys, analyze results, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Maintain and update databases for leadership training programs.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in training area.
  • MS Excel advanced.
  • English high intermediate / advanced.
  • Experience in LMS platform management.
