This position is located at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
Essential Functions
- Lead STS Financial Analyst is responsible to work all aspects of STS budget execution to include providing direction, tracking progress, engaging stakeholders and ensuring deliverables comply with RETS PWS requirements.
- Support Reagan Test Site Engineering and Technical Services contract (RETS) with the U. S. Army in Kwajalein.
- Meet with Department Managers to build budgets, track actuals, review Cost Reports and create EACs.
- Work with the Project Operations Group (POG), Mission Test Directors as needed to ensure successful completion of Technical Directives
- Work with others to develop and refine processes, establish priorities and ensures adherence to deadlines.
- Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the labor, material and other direct costs associated with STS contract scope.
- Assist in the development of Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing actuals, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the budgeting approach is sound.
- Interface and coordinate with all levels of management within the program.
- Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our budget inputs.
- Assist in training and supporting other Finance staff including but not limited to basic FAR requirements and budget process.
- Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting on STS budget execution status to meet the needs of Department Managers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with strong preference for Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eight (8) or more years of Cost Accounting/Budgeting experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Active DoD Secret or TS/SCI security clearance preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
