Missouri S&T is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Specialist I to join our collaborative recruitment team within Human Resources. This role plays a key part in supporting faculty and staff hiring across campus and offers the opportunity to interact with a wide range of individuals and departments. While the position provides variety and campus engagement, it is also heavily focused on administrative and transactional processing - ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, managing details, and keeping processes moving smoothly behind the scenes. Team members also participate in job fairs, training sessions, and other campus initiatives that support and promote recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $16.82-$17.63 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
