The Benefits Administrator, acting as a part of the People and Culture Benefits team, is an individual contributor that administers and communicates Jack Henry's benefits programs regarding plan options, policy features and enrollment. This position will specifically focus on administration of the company's workers' compensation program.

The salary range for this position will be $42,339 - $58,000 but could vary based on experience and location.

This is a remote position however, candidates must be located in the Allen, TX, Louisville, KY, Monett, MO or Springfield, MO metro areas.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Administers the company's employee benefits programs, including but not limited to: health and wellness, income protection, retirement, workers' compensation, and related programs, and ensures programs are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
  • Assists employees with filing workers' compensation incident reports.
  • Answers associate questions on different benefits, including eligibility and coverage for medical, dental, vision, group life, long- and short-term disability, retirement, and other such policies.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, OSHA, ACA, ADAA).
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.
  • Workers' compensation experience.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Effective communication and reasoning skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and workers compensation regulations and standards.
