Instructor in Pediatrics at CUMC

The Opportunity

This opportunity to join the Department of Pediatrics at the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons at the rank of Instructor is an exciting one. Columbia University Irving Medical Center, one of the nation's foremost academic health science center's working together with one of the nation's premier health systems, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities are as follows:

1. Outpatient clinic sessions at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital as well as inpatient coverage (2 - 4 weeks per year).
2. Supervision and teaching of medical students, residents, clinical fellows
3. Participation in weekly clinical and research conferences as schedule permits.
4. Additional responsibilities at the Chief's directive.

• Must have a MD or DO degree and an active NYS Medical License
• Must be Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology.
