Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. The Lead Pharmacist provides direction for their assigned pharmacy or area to ensure adherence to all pharmacy policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, best practice documents, standard operating procedures and proper workflows. The Lead Pharmacist is responsible for providing direction and leadership to pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians in training, pharmacy interns, pharmacist residents, pharmacy technicians, and staff pharmacist at their site who provide pharmaceutical care to patients at Fred Hutch. The Lead Pharmacist leads the development and maintenance of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, cost-effective and patient-centered pharmacy patient care services. Oversee all components of assigned pharmacy or clinic including but not limited to clinical review of orders, order verification and dispensing

Pre Employment Drug Screening: As a condition of employment Fred Hutch conducts pre-employment drug testing for this pharmacy role. All offers of employment in the pharmacy department are conditional on the applicant successfully completing and passing a drug test in accordance with the Fred Hutch policy. The annual base salary range for this position is from $153,753.60 to $256,235.20 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
