SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

TITLE: Supply Chain Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Minigrip Consumer Products Business is an Inteplast Group Company. Minigrip is a major supplier of reclosable food storage bags to the food, drug and mass channels of the retail market sector. The position is responsible for supervising the daily execution of domestic and global activities within Minigrip. The position will support the development and maintenance of a global supply chain strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• 1 year work experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop supplier performance score cards to track price, service, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Review the financial impact of proposed logistics changes including routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers.
  • Perform supply chain system simulation to improve the quality and just in time delivery.
  • Develop and implement supply chain metric targets and reporting function.
  • Conduct cost and risk analysis to strengthen resource allocations and identify critical activities. Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency situations..
