The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Department Administrator with accountability to the Vice Chair for Education/Program Director, develop and implement policies to be in compliance with ACGME/RRC guidelines such as Accreditation Data System (ADS), milestones, simulation, and others. In collaboration with the Program Director, establish annual and long-term goals for the educational programs that align with the mission of the department. Develop operational strategies, plans and programs to optimize trainee experience within the department. Responsible for the operations and management of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Graduate Medical Education programs including a complement of 24 residents and 21 fellows (ACGME & non- ACGME). Supervise staff in the Education Division and work to develop divisional administration to ensure they are trained, kept up-to-date and are following the requirements of their individual programs/positions.
