KPMG is currently seeking a Supplier Contract Management to join our National Audit Technology organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Support all contract management aspects for in-sourced (KPMG delivery centers) and outsourced (external third-party providers) services; provide interpretation and clarification of contract elements; engages with procurement as well as legal counsel for final interpretations as needed; facilitate contract amendment processes and periodic language changes; guides contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the organization
  • Establish and maintain mechanisms to track completion and adherence to all contract deliverables and obligations between internal service buyers as well as external service providers; oversee the contract benchmarking process to evaluate supplier performance and compliance
  • Ensure consistent contract language across multiple agreements; maintain currency of official copies of contracts, associated exhibits, and schedules; manage the overall issue management process for contract-related concerns; facilitate resolution of all contract-related issues, advising on escalated disputes
  • Collaborate with Strategic Service Providers (SSPs) and Human Resource groups to resolve contract and resource issues; serve as a liaison between external suppliers, member firm audit teams, and corporate functions within Global Audit
  • Coordinate with Global Audit leadership and member firms to understand local requirements and ensure seamless adoption of contract management strategies; provide contractual advice on project proposals and business cases
  • Standardize processes, documentation, and reporting for contract management functions; integrate best-practice methodologies to drive operational efficiencies and reduce risks
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in negotiations and management of major outsourcing, as well as third-party contracts with experience in supplier management, procurement, or supplier governance; minimum five years of recent experience in leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial and legal terms and conditions; administrative and project management experience; proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and supplier performance measurement
  • Knowledge of resource planning tools and enterprise project management platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; consultative and client-oriented approach; detail-oriented and creative problem solver
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work effectively in a global or matrixed environment; strong people management capabilities, with experience leading both onshore and offshore teams
