We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Research Assistant in our Research & Development department at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. The Research Assistant will collect, manage, and analyze data, and report results for quality control analysis for multiple research projects across multiple locations. This is a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities:



  • Collect, manage, analyze, and report on data findings.
  • Utilize company and industry quality control metrics.
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and modeling key variables and metrics.
  • Maintain records for the research and statistical library.
  • Relay research findings to the Research & Development department leadership and selected company departments in the form of presentations and documentation.
  • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with categorical data modeling and basic SAS querying.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, and at times competing, priorities.
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
  • Must sign Lindamood-Bell's Confidentiality Agreement.



Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $22.
