The Sr Analyst Customer Account owns the internal communication and building of data analytics to support the team's needs while being responsible for the collaboration and analytical sales work to deliver on our key NCP annual business goals. This position is accountable for capturing specific sales data on our business (what) with supportive insights (why) in the tracking of our business, coming with recommendations to the Customer Team with the data and fact based information to support recommendations. This includes such areas as total BU forecasting, business planning, financial analysis and builds in order to track our business reporting.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Co-lead data analysis & reporting for Walmart sales team
  • Communicate business results & trends to Sales leadership identifying growth opportunities
  • Partnering with eComm analyst to maintain accurate & up-to-date online product content
  • Assist with daily order flow ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing & deductions resolution
  • Collaborate internally leveraging syndicated and shipment data to drive forecast updates & alignment
  • Maintain and update customer sales plan to meet customer growth objectives
  • Assist with analysis for internal & external meetings & ad hoc Sales / customer requests
  • Participate in customer facing meetings as required

Summary of Experience

  • 3+ years of analytics experience within Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Scintila, Circana and Sales forecast / Trade Fund Management (TPM) experience
  • Ideal candidate will have Walmart / Mass Channel experience
  • Customer facing experience an asset but not required
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Highly motivated and curious problem solver with the ability to synthesize data
  • Proven team player who can collaborate cross functionally & manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with proven ability to turn data into tangible recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet competing deadlines in a fast pace winning environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint & Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in SupplierOne - item setup & maintenance
  • Experience with Walmart Scintila (Luminate) and Circana reporting
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
