Case Manager Social Work - Inpatient Rehab - PRN

• Advocacy and Education.
• Weekly Team Staffing Meeting.
• Clinical Care Management/Coordination/Transition Management.
• Resource/Financial Management.

• Utilization Management.
• Quality/Performance & Outcomes Management.

Education

• Requires a MSW or Bachelor's degree (BSW) in Social Work; with 2 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the MSW.
• Either degree must be from a university accredited by Council of Social Work Education.

Experience

• Prefer 1 year of experience if MSW or 2 years of experience required if BSW.
• Medical Social Work experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Licensure by Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment

Compensation

• $23.79-$38.86/hr depending on previous work experience.
