POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Department at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a HR Project Manager. The HR Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing various human resources projects to support the strategic objectives of the HR department. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen interest in HR processes and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing HR projects in accordance with defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives and decision-making.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among project team members.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and change management activities related to HR projects.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year experience working as a project coordinator or project manager.
  • The ideal candidate must have the basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of HRMS.
  • Must be strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:



  • Experience in project management or HR internships.
  • Certification in HR or project management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CAPM).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

LOCATION:

This is a remote role. This job posting is expected to close on June 30th, 2025.

ROLE CLASSIFICATION

This is a full-time, non-exempt role with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours of work per week.

COMPENSATION:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $113,760.

For candidates residing in:



  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $65,120 - $104,280.
  • New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco the salary range is $71,040 - $113,760.
  • All other locations the salary range is $59,200 - $94,800.


A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
