Business Unit Overview Role Overview: What You'll Do: * Monitor the health and effectiveness of the lead distribution system to ensure timely issue resolution, accurate lead routing, and tracking of key operational metrics. * Generate and deliver lead activity reports to stakeholders. * Collaborate across marketing and field organizations to support both ongoing operational needs and strategic modernization efforts. * Support the business administration of Campaign and Event Management setup. * Partner with the Practice Lead and team members to define, shape, and execute the Lead Management Modernization Strategy and related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented team player who is eager to dive into lead management strategy and operations. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional environments and are excited to contribute to the evolution of lead management technologies and practices. What You Will Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, product management, or a related field, preferably within financial services or insurance. * Understanding of agency distribution models; experience with lead scoring and distribution is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and support lead distribution systems. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret lead performance data and develop meaningful reports for business stakeholders. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across cross-functional teams and business units. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. #LI-SV1 #LI-HYBRID Pay Transparency Salary Range:$77,500 - $130,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
