This is a remote role in the Dallas, TX metro area.

The Client Service Specialist II is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations.

What the day will look like

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tasks and project details, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our Project Management System.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, or technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest process enhancements.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time and client satisfaction scores.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $60,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
