What You'll Do:

The Senior Associate, Software Engineering role will be a subject matter expert with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and Workday HCM configurations and functionality, having a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules that support the Procure to Pay process. A strong candidate will have the ability to enable complex configurations and approval workflows, be proficient in supporting technical tools, and provide support to business users. You will be asked to define requirements, investigate and implement configuration changes, test, deploy, and lead efforts to implement cross-functional technical solutions.

This role will be a key contributor in developing scalable and resilient hybrid/Cloud-based data solutions and will collaborate with other developers, architects and product owners to support enterprise transformation into a data-driven organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Ability to lead production support and administer configuration changes in Oracle Cloud ERP for the following modules to fully support the Procure to Pay process:

    • Procurement

    • Accounts Payable / Invoicing

    • BPM Approval Workflows

    • Supplier Portal

  • Detailed knowledge of the table structure of Oracle Cloud ERP (Procurement, AP, Financials)

  • Detailed knowledge of Workday HCM (Integrations, Security, Reporting, experience with additional modules is a plus)

  • Recommend and develop detailed customized reports, extracts and dashboards in multiple formats using OTBI and BI Publisher

  • Support complex and customized approval rules and workflows in Business Process Management (BPM).

  • Manage production support requests to completion in a timely manner.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to troubleshoot Production issues by performing various activities such as research, opening/managing/escalating service requests, system testing, and system configuration.

  • Direct solutions that align with the firm wide architecture and technology strategy.

  • Oversee documentation, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades.

  • Review changes associated with Oracle/Workday releases and effectively communicate with business partners.

  • Develop and maintain user stories in JIRA.

  • Ensure proper formal sign-off on requirements and user acceptance activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with domain expertise in Procure to Pay / Source to Settle processes.

  • Proficient in building Oracle Reports in multiple formats using reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher.

  • Experience in integration methods (File-Based Data Import, Oracle APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud development preferred).

  • Experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM (Integrations, Reporting, Security experience is a plus).

  • Ability to lead business users and develop positive working relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in working within an Agile framework (Preferred).

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of production support workflow tools (ServiceNow preferred)

  • Knowledge of development lifecycle under Agile (JIRA preferred)

  • Experience with implementation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning tools and understanding of use cases is a plus

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Certificates or Licenses:

  • Oracle technical certifications from Oracle University (Preferred)

  • Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations Preferred)

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
  • We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Salary Range

$86,700.00 - $124,900.00

Incentive Range

6% to 10%

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
