This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. The Alternate Disposition Project Manager supports the Disposition Project Manager in overseeing disposition projects, with responsibilities including tracking, reporting, procurement coordination, and administrative support. This role acts as the secondary point of contact in the Project Manager's absence and contributes to the successful execution of operational objectives. The position requires sound judgment, organizational skills, and the flexibility to deploy globally within 48 hours in response to emerging mission requirements. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Disposition Alternate Project Manager : Pay commensurate with experience. Disposition Alternate Project Manager Responsibilities Include: Assist the Disposition Project Manager with tracking, reporting, purchasing, and performing various administrative tasks. Serve as the secondary point of contact in the absence of the Disposition Project Manager, ensuring continuity of operations. Utilize subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments that require multiple steps with varying complexity and sequencing. Work under the general supervision of higher-level personnel, including the Disposition Project Manager, to ensure effective project completion. Manage quality program planning, evaluation, and resolution of quality issues, ensuring systems are properly evaluated, data is analyzed, and quality control procedures are established. Conduct quality control surveillances to assess process compliance, procedural adherence, and conformity to contract requirements, including performing Audit Readiness Internal Controls as part of QC inspection criteria. Ensure the Disposition Alternate Project Manager can deploy globally within 48 hours to support emerging project needs and requirements. Utilize WMS and other Government data systems to manage, track, and report project activities. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Disposition Alternate Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Government or private-sector roles). At least one (1) year of management experience, including overseeing projects, teams, or operations. Strong background in project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Experience in quality program management, including planning, evaluation, and resolving quality issues. Proficiency in quality control procedures and the ability to conduct quality assessments in compliance with contract requirements. Familiarity with WMS and other Government data systems for managing project tasks and reporting. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and maintaining project continuity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deploy globally within 48 hours to support urgent project requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, vendors, and Government representatives.
