PROJECT INTEGRATOR

Emagine IT has a need for a Project Integrator to join our team in support of our Intelligence Community customer located in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Clearance to be considered. This position requires a minimum of seven years of experience in leading strategic initiatives and ensuring programmatic rigor. The ideal candidate will support the IC executive level customers by coordinating cross-agency data strategies, managing complex projects, and aligning initiatives with overarching intelligence objectives.

• Lead and manage data-centric projects that support the IC customer's strategic goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and integration.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with IC policies, standards, and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned.

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on strategic initiatives.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects within the Intelligence Community or similar environments.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and related frameworks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Active PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Experience working directly with or supporting the IC executives.

• Familiarity with intelligence data systems and architectures.

• Advanced degree in a related field.
