Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a skilled Logistician to provide logistics and configuration support for the U.S. Coast Guard shipbuilding program. In this role, you'll review technical documentation, support configuration audits, assess lifecycle logistics impacts, and participate in key stakeholder meetings to ensure all deliverables align with contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Manage and review contractor submitted Integrated Logistics Contract Data Line Item (CDRL's) procedures.
  • Review shipbuilder deliverables, including but not limited to Reliability Centered Maintenance procedures and plans. Assess these artifacts for compliance with the production contract and applicable Coast Guard policy documents.
  • Review technical manuals and documents submitted by the WCC shipbuilder. The types of technical documentation the Contactor shall review will include commercial vendor technical manuals specific to systems and components, general cutter information manuals supplied by the shipbuilder, Technical Manual Validation Certificates, IETP, TDSR of TDOP, and Technical Repair Standards. Review of these artifacts shall be submitted to the Government to support the validation of contract deliverables consistent with production contract requirements.
  • Support the Government in planning for and conducting physical configuration audits of vessels to assess compliance with approved configuration baselines.
  • Participate in all CCB and PRO Configuration Review Board meetings.
  • Assess the impacts of all proposed configuration and engineering during design and production of vessels, with specific emphasis on logistics considerations for the duration of the life cycle.
  • Participate in all logistics related working groups to include internal Government meetings as well as those with the shipbuilder.
  • Participate in one weekly recurring meeting, one monthly recurring meeting, and one quarterly recurring meeting with different stakeholders.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ship construction.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
