Position Summary: As a Registrar Clerk at Concorde Career Colleges, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will encompass providing student records and administrative support for the Registrar. In assisting the Registrar, you will interact with staff, students, and external parties regarding student records content. The Registrar Clerk is responsible for adhering to campus Academic compliance to include procedures, records, and process integrity. Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Assist with maintenance of student files/records

o Scan required documents into DocuWare

o While working with student records, ensure security of the physical and/or electronic record

o Enter data regarding various student records as assigned by the Registrar; i.e., scheduling, attendance, grades, COS', etc.

o Prepare documents as assigned

* Assist in the reconciling of Exceptions

* Assist with investigating and resolving records in current Student Management System

* Ensure that documentation for policy exceptions is maintained

* Ensure that documentation for policy adherence is maintained

* Perform other duties, as assigned



Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred

* Student Management Systems experience a plus, i.e., CampusNexus

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

* Excellent customer service skills
