Title: Solution Delivery Lead - Intake & Portfolio Lead the AEI demand intake process, manage weekly scrum and project status updates, enable business change management to support initiatives that are critical for organizational success, while maintaining a focus on execution. With advanced proficiency in project and strategic change methodology with knowledge of the IT environment and the business landscape, establish and drive a governance model for demand intake, demand acceptance, and benefits realization. Ensure adherence to delivery excellence and financial health measures across a portfolio of projects. Coordinate dependencies across different application and functional areas. * Provide senior management and IT management with an integrated individual business and companywide perspective, assessing and consulting on project progress, risks and the effects of specific project requirements on other business processes and system priorities; ensure technologies are aligned with business strategies. * Leading the demand intake process, ensuring the business case for demand meets minimum thresholds before engaging subject matter expert business analysts and engineers. * Lead and consult with teams and other customers on critical business problems, defining business processes and research/identify enabling technologies based on customer requirements. Formulate approaches that achieve desired business objectives, including defining project/system scope and objective and assisting with business case justification. * Partnering with business leaders, IT senior management, and peer-level managers to assess the technological cost and impact of recommended changes, help clarify project priorities, and coordinate cross-functional consortia where common needs have been identified. * Operating autonomously, and effectively, in performing activities, requiring only minimal direction from or interaction with supervisor. Accountable for portfolio-level delivery excellence and financial measures. * Leads change control boards to manage the impact of scope changes across multiple capability areas. * Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle. * Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects under direct and matrix control. Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role: Required * Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' experience; master's degree with 8 years' experience. * Possess thorough theoretical and practical understanding of manufacturing execution systems and processes. * Proven implementation of creative technology solutions. * Excellent written and oral English communication skills. * Experience managing validation applications, including application validation protocols. * 4+ years managing projects ?$6MM Beneficial: * Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry * Contact Center experience |
