JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The College/Unit of [Penn State All-Sports Museum] is seeking applicants for part-time job [Exhibit Designer]. Collaborating with the curator, director and other departments on all phases of exhibit design, including scheduling and budget monitoring Manage Penn State athletic team's digital signage Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: 3-5 years of experience in exhibit design or a related field Creative thinking that results in innovative design solutions Experience with exhibit design in a museum setting Understanding of materials, components, and fabrication processes Knowledge of CAD and file management Schedule: [10 to 20 hour per week] Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $[20]. BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
