Schedule: FULLTIME; Thursday-Saturday, 6 p.m.-6 a.m. and every other Wednesday 6 p.m.-6 a.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Supply Chain Team Leader in Livermore to lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists. The Supply Chain Team Leader will work closely with internal teams, customers and vendors to ensure effective supply chain management and achievement of key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of supply chain associates onsite at a customer location
  • Streamline, coordinate and implement new supply chain processes.
  • Work to reduce costs by implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with internal and external customers and build professional working relationships with customers.
  • Exceed customers' service expectations.
  • Handle performance metrics reporting.
  • Meet with suppliers to discuss performance and upcoming projects.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation or a related field.
  • Two plus years of previous supply chain experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Able to work onsite at a customer facility.
