Our client is looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner to join their mission supporting the Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business. In this role, you will: -Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. -Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. -Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. -Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. -Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. -Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. -Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. -Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. -Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Basic Qualifications : * 8-10 years of previous planning/scheduling experience * Earned Value Management experience * Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses * Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines * Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities * Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills Desired skills : * Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro * Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program * Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process * Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule * Prior team lead experience * Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team * Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail * Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance * Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities * Strong influencing and relationship management skills * Excellent problem solving skills to identify and resolve challenges arising in dynamic situations * Makes sound decisions quickly and efficiently, even with limited information or under time constraints #ZR |
