KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development
- Assist with research on industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming contract opportunities.
- Support HubSpot (CRM) data entry and pipeline tracking, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Help prepare client-facing materials including capability statements, presentation decks, and white papers.
- Attend internal BD meetings to track action items and provide support materials.
Marketing
- Contribute to content development for digital platforms (website, LinkedIn).
- Assist with the creation and formatting of marketing collateral.
- Support coordination of tradeshow materials and conference logistics.
- Help update branding templates and ensure brand consistency across subsidiaries.
Bid & Proposal Support
- Assist in tracking RFP/RFI notices and organizing response timelines.
- Support proposal development tasks such as formatting, document compilation, and compliance checks.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input and consolidate technical content.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain shared folders and naming conventions for organized access to deliverables.
- Prepare weekly status updates for review by the VP.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team's priorities.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Interest in government contracting, safety systems, or the nuclear/industrial services sector is a plus.
