Clinical Social Worker Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 84931BR Job Summary The CSW works within the new Citywide Community Assistance, Recovery, & Empowerment (CARE) Court Team under the Citywide Stabilization Program. We provide comprehensive intensive case management (ICM) to adults who are severely mentally ill and have a diagnosis in the schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorder class who have entered into a Care Agreement to participate CARE Court. The CSW works collaboratively with the Adult/Older adult System of Care within Behavioral Health Services to develop creative treatment strategies. As employees of UCSF and contractors with the City of San Francisco we are essential workers and will continue to support and provide direct service during a natural disaster and or pandemic, this includes deployment which can include a temporary change in duties. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $41.79 - $72.17 (Hourly Rate). Through personalized CARE plans and dedicated support, the program endeavors to empower individuals to manage their mental health challenges effectively and to facilitate their integration into suitable pathways for sustained treatment and support.
