Part-Time PM Front Desk Agent
Omni Severin Hotel | Downtown Indianapolis

Responsibilities

As a PM Front Desk Agent, you'll be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests - welcoming them, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a guest-facing role and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do:

    Check guests in and out according to Omni's Moments of Service

  • Handle guest questions and requests with care and professionalism

  • Set up accounts, assign rooms, and manage preferences

  • Coordinate special requests across departments

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure room security

  • Process payments and adjustments accurately

  • Track guest preferences and maintain history files

  • Document and follow up on guest concerns to ensure satisfaction

  • Manage safe deposit boxes, faxes, and reports

  • Communicate room status updates with Housekeeping

  • Stay up to date on all hotel services, features, and promotions



Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with computers and basic calculations

  • A professional and courteous attitude

  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

  • Second language skills are a plus
