Roles and Responsibilities:

* Primarily responsible for logistics, reporting, and overall support of the Drive
Coordinators, Field Coordinators, and their operators.
* Maintaining communication with Drive Coordinators and Field Coordinators to ensure
they are tracking collection progress, and ensuring that crews have the necessary
resources for hotels, storage, flights, and any other logistical needs for the job.
* Assisting Drive Coordinators and Field Coordinators with daily scheduling, including
operator transfers, breaks, and planned time off, to optimize operational efficiency.
* Advising Drive Coordinators and Field Coordinators on handling personnel issues,
accidents, and technical challenges that may arise during operations.
* Strategic management of team movements within assigned region(s), coordinating
closely with Drive Coordinators and Field Coordinators to ensure smooth operations and
timely execution.
* Collaborating with suppliers and external stakeholders, maintaining direct
communication with supplier leadership to update field status, address challenges, and
implement necessary changes in real-time.
* Providing accurate and timely reporting on collection efforts, ensuring that all
stakeholders are informed of progress and any potential issues.
* Monitoring and improving team performance, identifying areas for optimization and
providing support to improve operational processes.
* Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements, proactively
addressing any safety concerns or issues that may arise on-site.
* Conducting periodic reviews and feedback sessions with Drive Coordinators and Field
Coordinators to ensure alignment with project objectives and continuous improvement.
* Managing emergency situations, including logistical challenges or unplanned changes,
ensuring the teams are prepared and responding effectively to minimize disruptions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $75,000 - $80,290 per year, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
