Job Summary

The Lead Experience Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by leveraging their expertise in Adobe XD Figma and UI UX Designs. With a focus on web strategy the candidate will drive innovative solutions that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate design principles to meet business objectives particularly within the medical devices domain.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

The annual salary for this position is between $142,000 - $157,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
