Key Responsibilities: Inspect injection molded and machined parts for accuracy Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using GD&T and SPC Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, CMM, and optical comparators Identify and disposition non-conforming materials Communicate quality issues to production and management Maintain inspection records and support PPAP processes Follow safety and plant regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience with ISO/AS quality inspection Proficient in Microsoft Office and SPC software Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Must stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds Perks: Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive Pay, Medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; 401k retirement plan Extra Perks: Referral bonuses, employee discounts with top vendors Career Growth: Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement with a stable company with lots of longevity Pay: $16-18.50/hour Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday \| 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Join Staffmark and be part of a team that values quality and precision.
