Join Staffmark, in partnership with our client (a global leader in advanced plastics and composites) in Greeneville, TN as a skilled Quality Engineer. In this role, you'll manage quality and regulatory aspects of mold and assembly qualification, ensuring compliance with customer and automotive standards throughout new program launches and the full production lifecycle.

Pay: $19-$25 (DOE)

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:00 pm




Key Responsibilities:



  • Interpret blueprints and develop CMM programs (PC-DMIS preferred)
  • Analyze SPC data to drive process improvements
  • Create quality plans and support PPAP and TS 16949 requirements
  • Interact with customers and mentor junior team members


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Applied Science
  • Knowledge of TS 16949, ISO, or similar automotive quality systems

  • Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills

  • 5-7 years in Quality Engineering/Assurance, including:

    • 2+ years in plastic injection molding
    • 2+ years with SPC techniques
    • 2+ years of CMM programming (PC-DMIS preferred)
