In this role, you'll manage quality and regulatory aspects of mold and assembly qualification, ensuring compliance with customer and automotive standards throughout new program launches and the full production lifecycle. Pay: $19-$25 (DOE) Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday \| 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints and develop CMM programs (PC-DMIS preferred) Analyze SPC data to drive process improvements Create quality plans and support PPAP and TS 16949 requirements Interact with customers and mentor junior team members Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or Applied Science Knowledge of TS 16949, ISO, or similar automotive quality systems Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills 5-7 years in Quality Engineering/Assurance, including: 2+ years in plastic injection molding 2+ years with SPC techniques 2+ years of CMM programming (PC-DMIS preferred) Perks: Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive Pay, Medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; 401k retirement plan Extra Perks: Referral bonuses, employee discounts with top vendors Career Growth: Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement with a stable company with lots of longevity Why Join Us?
