What You'll Do



  • Work directly with customers to identify their needs and ensure accurate order entry for parts and products.
  • Confirm part availability and process all necessary documentation for shipments and billing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts lists, pricing, and customer-specific multipliers.
  • Respond to emergency and after-hours part orders from customers or field service personnel.
  • Assist with packaging, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as directed by the Parts Supervisor.
  • Support the team in keeping the work area organized and safe.




What We're Looking For

Ability to work in a warehouse environment where steel/safety toe boots/shoes are required. Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds as products vary in size. Flexible to assist with tasks outside regular hours as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
