Department's Website: Key Responsibilities: * Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Transit and Parking operations. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators. * Perform analysis using various techniques to identify patterns in data. * Make critical observations and provide data interpretation to assist in the development of reports and recommend strategies and plans. * Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations. * Implement systems requirements and perform routine data analysis to ensure data management objectives within the department are met. * Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT software systems used by the Transit and Parking Department. * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth operation of Transit and Parking systems. * Assist in the implementation of new software solutions and upgrades. * Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and university policies. * Provide training and support to staff on the use of data analysis tools and software systems. * Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and IT software maintenance. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
