As a valued member of our team, you'll work closely with a collaborative group of technical specialists and cybersecurity professionals dedicated to delivering bespoke IT solutions to meet the distinctive requirements of our sponsors. Our team values technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic, non-enterprise, custom-focused IT environment.

As a Tier 3 Systems Administrator...

Your primary responsibility will be managing complex, non-enterprise IT systems, while also providing technical expertise for other technology areas tailored specifically to project and program needs. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and project management teams to optimize infrastructure performance, resilience, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and expertise on best practices in systems administration and cybersecurity.
  • Generate detailed documentation such as system configuration documents, Security Controls Traceability Matrices, and contribute to System Security Plans.

Qualifications

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Possess excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Hold an active Top Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain a TS/SCI level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you:

  • Have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Hold professional certifications such as CISSP, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, or Linux certifications (RHCSA/RHCE).
  • Possess expertise in scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible).
