Description bioMerieux is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to work as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent pools, develop sourcing strategies, and build talent communities and pipelines for a variety of manufacturing and facilities roles: (manufacturing, facilities, quality assurance, and engineering). This position will leverage multiple recruiting software systems, sourcing techniques, and review applicants. The location of this position is in Salt Lake City, UT. In this position you would: Review, screen, and interview candidates for experience, skills, and knowledge with regards to job description requirements and business needs Extend and negotiate offers with candidates Partner with hiring managers to assess organizational needs, define roles and requirements, and execute talent acquisition strategies Effectively manage the hiring process, including tracking the status and progress of open requisitions and candidates in process Aid in the development and execution of strategic sourcing and recruiting plans for your assigned departments Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines bioMerieux Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned hiring teams and candidates Maintain confidentiality at all times Provide an exceptional candidate experience through responsive communication and managing candidate engagement Ensure proper documentation of all hiring activities in compliance with OFCCP and EEO standards Collaborate effectively with hiring teams to expedite the talent selection and offer process Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in recruitment/recruiting coordination, or talent sourcing (Degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred) or High School or GED with 4 plus years' experience of talent sourcing and/or recruiting coordinator experience Demonstrate ability to recruit candidates for wide variety of positions and skill sets Must be adept with the use of social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (experience with Jobvite or SuccessFactors is a plus) Previous experience in a staffing agency or manufacturing roles is preferred, although not required Ideal candidates will be extremely detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both within and outside of the organization. Excellent organizational skills and follow through Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs. and travel up to 10% of the time
