Staffmark is hiring a Florist for a floral company in Rayville, LA. This role involves creating fresh and artificial floral arrangements, maintaining inventory, setting up event displays, and assisting customers with design choices and purchases.

Pay: $14-$16/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Design bouquets, centerpieces, and custom arrangements
  • Maintain freshness of flowers and manage inventory
  • Set up floral displays for events (weddings, funerals, etc.)
  • Handle sales transactions and provide customer service
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
  • Stay current on floral design trends



Qualifications:



  • At least 1 year of experience in floral design or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
