Warehouse Trainer

Are you passionate about helping others grow and succeed? Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Trainer in Blythewood, SC to support a thriving distribution operation.

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

In this role, you'll deliver on-the-job training to both new hires and experienced employees, ensuring a consistent and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions across various warehouse roles (e.g., loaders, unloaders, lanes)
• Inspire team members to achieve and exceed productivity goals
• Assess skills, identify training needs, and develop customized training strategies
• Deliver and coordinate initial training and re-certifications
• Observe and evaluate trainees to ensure effectiveness and retention of training
• Maintain detailed training documentation and conduct refresher sessions as needed
• Promote adherence to order accuracy and quality control standards
• Provide positive communication and team-building support
• Maintain a training log and hold weekly check-ins with new associates
• Stay up to date with all warehouse processes, best practices, and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as needed to support warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, or instructional roles
• 4+ years of experience in a warehouse or training-focused role
• Experience with instructional design, instructional technology, or A/V tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
• Industry experience in either public or private sector environments
• A team-oriented leader who leads by example
