Representative *Location:* Hybrid role based in Troy, Michigan *Key Details:* * *Salary:* $17/hr (English), $18.50/hr (Bilingual in Spanish) * *Start Date:* May 21, 2025 * *Training:* Fully on-site for first 30 days (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) * *Post-training Schedule:* Hybrid (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM) * *Strict Policy:* No time off allowed in the first 4 weeks * *Location:* 700 Tower Drive, Troy, Michigan, 48098, United States *Responsibilities:* * Handle *35-45 inbound calls daily*, addressing *insurance servicing questions* * Assist *borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions* * Answer questions related to *homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage* * Multi-task across various systems to *research and document calls* * Ensure *quick and accurate responses* while meeting service standards * Must demonstrate *strong problem-solving and professional communication skills* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
