Following Scrum principles, provides technical project coordination and leadership for new information technology implementations and upgrades within the Scaled Agile Framework; Translates high-level requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria; Acts as liaison between stakeholders and development team; Develops and communicates a clear vision of the product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs; Facilitates Scrum Events; Identifies and eliminates impediments that block the development team from achieving goals. Requires: Bachelor'sor foreign equivalentinComputer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related,plus60monthsof experience as aBusiness Systems Analyst, Business Management Analyst, Scrum Master, or related. Above experience must include three years: 1) Serving as a Scrum Master planning and supporting applications in AGILE, Waterfall and SAFE environments on teams supporting health care plans, health provider incentive programs and health plan ratings; and 2) Using SQL and TOAD to support data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and testing for health provider incentive program data and health plan rating data.
