Responsibilities

Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity. Provides laboratory logistic and quality support including sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and availability of the system's components.

  • Accepting Shipments
    • Initial check-in of shipments
    • Inventory support, as necessary
  • Coordinate Lab Resources and Scheduling
    • Lab tooling and asset tracking maintenance scheduling
    • Visitor management
  • PR primary requestor
    • Submit Lab PRs
    • Track POs, statuses and deliveries
  • Maintain and review laundering service
  • Support implementation and compliance of AS9100
    • Continuous Improvement support
    • Process Improvement Plans support
    • Audit support
  • Configuration Control
    • Configuration audits support
    • Documentation support
    • Control Plan development and monitoring support
    • PLM/CM software support
  • General laboratory support as tasked by manager

Qualifications

  • BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
  • Experience as a Shipping and Receiving Operator
  • Experience with Lab and Technician Consumable Tracking
  • 4 years' experience with Inventory tracking and Control
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
