Responsibilities

Under general supervision, capable of performing all jobs including the most complex. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices. Work is checked since errors may cause delay or expense. May assist and train less experienced personnel. High School plus advanced training, and 4 - 5 yrs. of experience. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and corrects cycle count discrepancies. Executes replenishment strategies. Executes replacement strategies and maintains accurate inventory of parts and goods. Execute the following, under direction of Laboratory management:

  • PLM Standup support
  • Shipping and Receiving Operator
  • Lab and Technician Consumable Tracking
  • Inventory tracking and Control
  • Inventory Storage, Organization & Optimization
  • Handling Specialized Materials
  • Manufacturing support
    • Kitting and parts issuing
    • Inventory organization
  • Inventory Management Software implementation support
  • Quality support as needed
    • Ensure all inventory items meet required compliance and Quality Assurance handling, labeling and storage requirements
    • Handle and maintain documentation for traceability of critical components
    • Support Tooling and Equipment Tracking documentation
    • As tasked by manager

Qualifications

  • HS diploma w 4-5 Years experience
  • Experience as a Shipping and Receiving Operator
  • Experience with Lab and Technician Consumable Tracking
  • 4 year's experience with Inventory tracking and Control
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
