The Role
Presidio is looking for a results-driven Senior Consultant, Digital Workspace for its growing National Total Experience Practice.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive change management plans that address the needs of Client leadership and stakeholders to support the implementation of technological changes.
- Provide Thought Leadership and Guidance:
- Promote thought leadership by sharing best practices, innovative approaches and industry insights. Assist stalled customers in overcoming issues and blockers, ensuring they can progress smoothly through the migration process.
- Assess Change Readiness:
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, inventory and catalogue existing information and readiness assessments to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
- Develop Communication and Training Plans:
- Design and deliver effective multi-channel communication materials and training programs to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new technology.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support project teams in developing multi-channel stakeholder engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support for the technology changes.
- Monitor and Measure Change Progress:
- Track the progress of change initiatives, gather and monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with various teams, including IT, IT support services, OCM and marketing teams, project management, and HR, to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks:
- Anticipate people-related risks and develop plans and actions to mitigate risks and address concerns related to technology implementation.
- Ensure successful adoption of new technologies:
- Mobilize and drive the adoption of new technologies by establishing change networks, engaging senior sponsors, and managing stakeholder resistance.
- User Adoption and Training:
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to ensure users are proficient in using new technologies.
- Develop user adoption plans and strategies to drive adoption and maximize the value of technical solutions.
- Identify and prepare change champions who can help drive adoption within the organization.
- Technology Focus:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Digital and Productivity technical solutions such as Collaboration (Cisco, Teams, Zoom, etc.), Robotic Process Automation (Microsoft Power and UI Path), Agentic AI, Microsoft CoPilot, and others. Stay up to date with the latest Digital and Productivity technologies and industry trends.
- Familiarity with concepts of large-scale Enterprise Architecture as it relates to OCM of new solutions in an Enterprise environment.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
The candidate must have skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM Frameworks
- Experience with large-scale technology migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, KANBAN and SCRUM project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira and Miro collaboration tools.
- Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus, such as ACMP.
