Data Product Owner Job Summary: We're seeking a strategic and business-minded Data Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and management of our internal data products. You'll bridge the gap between our IT, analytics, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, meaningful data solutions. Responsibilities: Own and develop the roadmap for data products and solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, analysts, engineers, and recruiters to define data priorities Gather and document business requirements for data pipelines and dashboards Ensure data products deliver real value and align with company goals Prioritize backlog and manage timelines Translate analytics requirements into actionable development tasks Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality Track KPIs and success metrics post-launch Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management Agile product management Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting tools Strategic thinker with analytical insight Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, preferably data-focused Background in healthcare or staffing industry a plus Location: Omaha, NE or Gilbert, AZ Benefits: Family - Fun atmosphere Concierge Service Outside Vendors for convenience (car detailing, massage, chiropractor) Paid volunteer hours Health, dental, vision insurance Paid maternity/paternity leave 8 paid holidays (including your birthday) PTO + Flex Time Company events/Quarterly outings
