Job Description
Sr. Advisors for Chicago, IL location. Act as the Project Lead on multimillion-dollar engagements. Organize internal marketing teams and develop enduring trusted relationships with end-clients. Diagnose client's business needs and translate them into questions that are used to answer and architect ways to obtain data from multiple sources. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Independently conduct quantitative analyses (e.g. data investigations, UI analyses, data model assessments) in a defect-free manner to provide valuable insights for clients. Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and extensive market knowledge. Establish a vision, frame key issues, and set a strategy while influencing key client executives and stakeholders to support significant change management. Mentor the team (within Consulting Services and beyond) for growth and development. Technical environment: SQL, Spark SQL, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Google Data Lake, Google Analytics, Tableau, Azure Databricks, Power BI, R Studio, Linear and Logistic Regression, Hypothesis testing, A/B Testing, marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, data management platforms, customer segmentation, customer identity management, predictive analytics, randomized control testing, lift testing, data science, product experimentation.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in Data Analytics required. Required skills: SQL, Spark SQL, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Google Data Lake, Google Analytics, Tableau, Azure Databricks, Power BI, R Studio, Linear and Logistic Regression, Hypothesis testing, A/B Testing, marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, data management platforms, customer segmentation, customer identity management, predictive analytics, randomized control testing, lift testing, data science, product experimentation. Some telecommuting permitted.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $127,171/yr.-$167,900/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
