Schedules Available:

Mon - Thurs, 9:45am - 8:15pm EST

Tues - Fri, 9:45am - 8:15pm EST

This is a work-from-home position; must reside within 25 miles of the 29708 area code.

Pay: $17.50/hr.

The Customer Success Representative delivers exceptional service by efficiently responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Acting as the "voice of the customer," they follow up on order issues, support order placement and tracking, and recommend improvements to merchandising, policies, and site usability. This role also involves resolving customer concerns, driving process enhancements, and composing professional communications. Overall, the goal is to foster customer loyalty and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Qualifications: Two years of related experience. Must be able to have ethernet cord to plug into Internet (no Wi-Fi).
