The primary responsibility of the role is to generate incremental demand and revenue among the selected territories or key accounts assigned to them.

The ideal candidate will be a certified prosthetist/orthotist or established O&P business manager and will have direct experience selling to the O&P community, preferably in myoelectric upper limb prosthetics. The candidate will need to have the ability to develop an integrated sales and marketing effort that maximizes both short-term impacts, as well as long-term customer and revenue sustainability.



Your Impact

    Drive growth with all portfolio products by creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy specific to customer base and key accounts.
  • Lead "in-service training sessions" and otherwise present at market/product educational events and provide additional customer support to key customers as assigned in partnership with the broader sales team. This role will work closely with each territory representative assisting them with strategy to grow the portfolio in their specific markets.
  • Assess and prioritize customer base and allocate time according to the opportunities for most significant impact.
  • Create on-boarding programs and product training for customers as they sign-on to using portfolio products.
  • Identify and participate in trade shows that could maximize market impact.
  • Identify customer needs and work with Education and Marketing teams on training and education for key customers.
  • Identify market needs and requirements and be able to effectively articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
  • Be well-versed in public speaking, with ability to engage and educate groups of any size both in-person and virtually. Must hold a deep understanding of myoelectric upper limb prosthetics and the indications for use.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of the program and adjust, as needed, to improve our approach.
  • Administrative Requirements:
    • Daily/Weekly updates to contact management and sales activity in Salesforce.
    • Proficient in MS Office with a solid understanding of PowerPoint and Excel as both will be used on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for setting up meetings, flights, rental cars, and hotels.


Minimum Qualifications

Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist or holding a degree in Business Administration. Sales and Marketing experience. Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience. At this level, postgraduate coursework may be expected.

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift carrying cases of presentation materials in and out of rental cars.
  • Must have ability for overnight travel, likely 2 weeks per month, to visit accounts and conduct educational seminars and customer training. Must have valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Pay range of $105,600- $132,000 + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
