Position Summary:

The Assistant Logistics Manager is responsible for assisting the Aftermarket & Logistics Manager in day-to-day activities of the assigned distribution center's operations, including Outlet and Salvage departments, as required. The Assistant Logistic Manager directs the day-to-day fleet operations of inbound traffic and outbound deliveries while performing as a working supervisor, developing direct reports, and providing quality customer service for all Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) stakeholders within organizational guidelines.

  • Transportation and Warehouse Operations: Ensure the dock and warehouse run efficiently and effectively
  • Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed and manages employee personnel needs
  • Business Management: Ensure financial business control through reporting and communication.
  • Safety and Asset Protection: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities



Job Pay & Perks:



  • Pay range: $46,300 - $66,585!

    Prior Experience & Education:



    • 3-5 Years of relevant experience required
    • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
