Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support system security analysis, compliance enforcement, and network defense initiatives at Fort Bragg. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities
Support compliance with DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, and Army IT security directives.
Qualifications 1+ years experience in cybersecurity operations, compliance enforcement, and security policy implementation. Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II). Must be MCSA certified or able to obtain within six months of hire. GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certifications desired. Knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST 800-53 security controls, and Army cybersecurity compliance frameworks. Familiar with system administration, privileged-level access management, and secure network configurations. Experience responding to security incidents, conducting system security scans, and assisting with vulnerability assessments. Able to communicate security risks, policies, and mitigation strategies effectively to IT teams and leadership. Experience working in DoD cybersecurity environments, including security tools such as ACAS, HBSS, and SIEM platforms. Familiar with Army IT security policies, network hardening techniques, and DoD cyber defense directives. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
