*Schedule: *Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm Full-Time *Location: *Las Vegas, NV 89120 - ONSITE *Start Date: *5/5th *Job Description-Payments CSR * * Will receive charge backs from financial institutions and review internal systems to find trends to ensure problem solving to avoid issues in the future * Review flagged payments governed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and other payment processing services * Pull up profile in the system, see why it was flagged, and provide feedback to prevent errors next time *Skills & Qualifications* - working with charge backs and knowledge of financial institution regulations and policies - HS diploma or GED - Bachelors degree or certification preferred - min 2 years professional office setting experience - customer service / admin / troubleshooting / help desk / billing support are ideal titles - strong customer service and communication - able to write well and correctly sum up their findings, grammar and spelling are key *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
